Arrive, explore, gather
Your journey begins with an afternoon ATV bush safari, exploring the landscape of Blue Duck Station before arriving at THE CHEFS TABLE from 4pm.
As evening falls, settle in for our signature tasting menu and wine pairing, an intimate introduction to the food, place and people that bring the experience to life.
Christmas Eve dinner from 6pm · New Year’s Eve dinner from 7pm
NIGHT ONE
A day to celebrate
Begin with a relaxed breakfast before the afternoon unfolds with drinks and canapés from 2pm.
From 3pm, gather for a generous three-course banquet, served with a selection of wines, and designed for sharing. The evening continues at an unhurried pace, finishing with cheese and charcuterie.
For Christmas, it is a long, leisurely day of celebration. For New Year’s Day, the afternoon leads into an evening of festivity to mark the first day of the year.
